🍋 Morning – Warm water with lemon + soaked flax seeds
🥗Breakfast – Besan cheela with vegetables + green chutney
🍵 Mid-morning – Unsweetened green tea + handful of walnuts
🍛 Lunch – Brown rice + moong dal + 1 bowl lauki sabzi + salad
🍵 Evening snack – Roasted chana + herbal tea
🥒 Dinner – Quinoa khichdi + stir-fried broccoli & carrot
🌙 Bedtime – Golden milk with nutmeg
🛑 Avoid – packaged juices, refined carbs, and late-night snacking.
