Welcome to Daily Sehat Dose – Dr. Priyanka Mangla’s Online Homeopathic Clinic.
By booking an online consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. Appointment Booking
- All consultations are available by prior appointment only.
- Your appointment is confirmed only after the consultation fee has been successfully received.
- Appointment details, including the consultation time and platform, will be shared after confirmation.
2. Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees must be paid in advance.
- Fees are subject to change without prior notice. However, the fee applicable at the time of booking will remain valid for that appointment.
- Payment gateway charges, currency conversion charges, or bank charges (if applicable) are borne by the patient.
3. Online Consultation
- Consultations are conducted through an online platform such as Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp video/audio call, depending on mutual convenience.
- Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment during your consultation.
- Keep your previous medical records, investigation reports, and current medication details readily available.
4. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
- You may reschedule your appointment by informing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- Each appointment may be rescheduled once without additional charges.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be considered only in exceptional circumstances and subject to availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, if any.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
6. No-Show Policy
A “No Show” refers to a patient who:
- does not join the consultation,
- cannot be contacted at the scheduled time,
- or is unavailable without prior notice.
In such cases:
- The consultation fee is non-refundable.
- A new appointment will require a fresh booking.
7. Late Arrival
- Please join your consultation at the scheduled time.
- If you join late, the consultation will conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered missed and may require rescheduling depending on availability.
8. Doctor-Initiated Rescheduling
In rare situations such as emergencies, illness, or technical issues, Dr. Priyanka Mangla may need to reschedule your consultation.
In such cases, you will be offered:
- the earliest available appointment, or
- a full refund if rescheduling is not convenient.
9. Technical Issues
If technical problems occur during the consultation:
- Every reasonable effort will be made to reconnect.
- If the issue is from the clinic’s side, the remaining consultation will be completed at another mutually convenient time.
- If the issue is due to the patient’s internet connection or device, the consultation may continue through an alternate available method such as an audio call.
10. Homeopathic Treatment
- Homeopathic treatment is individualized and varies from person to person.
- The response to treatment depends on several factors, including the patient’s medical condition, disease duration, lifestyle, and adherence to medical advice.
- No guarantee or assurance of specific results can be provided.
11. Emergency Medical Conditions
Online consultations are not suitable for medical emergencies.
If you experience:
- severe chest pain,
- difficulty breathing,
- stroke symptoms,
- heavy bleeding,
- loss of consciousness,
- seizures,
- or any other medical emergency,
please immediately contact your local emergency medical services or visit the nearest hospital.
12. Prescription & Medicines
- Medicines are prescribed only after an appropriate clinical assessment.
- Homeopathic medicines, if required, may be arranged separately. Consultation fees do not include the cost of medicines or courier charges unless specifically stated.
13. Privacy & Confidentiality
- All medical information shared during consultation is treated as confidential.
- Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.
- Please avoid recording the consultation without prior permission.
14. Patient Responsibilities
The patient agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical information.
- Inform the doctor about all ongoing medications and medical conditions.
- Follow the prescribed treatment and advice.
- Report any unexpected symptoms or adverse events promptly.
15. Limitation of Online Consultation
Online consultations have certain limitations because physical examination cannot always be performed.
If your condition requires an in-person examination, laboratory investigations, or emergency medical care, you may be advised to visit a local physician or hospital.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment with Daily Sehat Dose, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
