What are five simple exercises to do at home?

Think you need a gym, fancy equipment, or an hour of free time to support your PCOD and gut health?
You don’t. ❤️

Sometimes, simple movement done consistently is more useful than an intense workout you do once in a while.

If you have PCOD, try these 5:

1. Indoor Walking
Walk around your rooms, hallway, balcony—or simply march in place.
👉 Start with 10–15 minutes and gradually increase.

2. Squats
Sit back as if you’re sitting on a chair and stand up.
👉 10–15 repetitions × 2 sets.

3. Glute Bridges
Lie on your back, bend your knees and gently lift your hips.
👉 12–15 repetitions × 2 sets.

4. Wall Push-ups
Stand facing a wall and perform gentle push-ups.
👉 10–15 repetitions × 2 sets.

5. Indoor Dancing

👉 Even 15–20 minutes can make movement more enjoyable.

If your focus is gut health, try these 5:

1. Walk after meals
One of the easiest habits to add.
👉 Try a gentle 10–15 minute walk after lunch or dinner.

2. Cat–Cow Stretch
Move slowly between the two positions.
👉 8–10 gentle repetitions.

3. Knee-to-Chest Stretch
Bring one knee gently toward your chest and hold.
👉 20–30 seconds on each side.

4. Child’s Pose
A gentle, relaxing stretch.
👉 Hold comfortably for 30–60 seconds.

5. Diaphragmatic Breathing
Place a hand on your abdomen and take slow, comfortable breaths, allowing your belly to rise and fall.
👉 Try 5 minutes.

💡 And here’s the important part…

You don’t have to do all 10.

Choose 2–3 exercises you actually enjoy and make them part of your routine.

For PCOD → think regular movement + strength training.
For gut health → think gentle movement + walking, especially after meals.

❤️ Now I’m curious…

Which one would you actually do at home?

👇 Comment “WALK” if you prefer walking
👇 Comment “STRENGTH” if you prefer squats/bridges
👇 Comment “STRETCH” if you prefer gentle exercises

And save this post—because the best exercise is often the one you can actually do consistently.
