What’s a moment when a stranger completely restored your faith in people?
I’ve had patients tell me, “I don’t know how, but I feel so relaxed after speaking to you,” or simply, “It feels good talking to you.”
Those moments stay with me.
Because when someone comes to you as a stranger and, somewhere along the way, feels heard, understood and at ease enough to share what they’re carrying — it reminds me that there is still so much goodness in people.
Sometimes, being heard is healing in itself. ❤️
